Aaron of Integri-Spec did a very thorough and exhaustive home inspection for me on short notice. I cannot say enough good things about the usefulness of his report and the information and education he provided me about the house. Aaron is meticulous when it comes to how he completes his home inspections. He went above and beyond the expectations I had for him going into the inspection. I was able to walk through the house with him as he completed the inspection and listen to him explain what he was doing and why. I asked him millions of questions and he took the time to answer every single one in a way I would understand. Not once did I feel as though he was rushing through the inspection. Aaron responded in a timely manner, was very flexible, and gave me a very detailed report immediately following my inspection. I used him for my home and will be referring him to my friends/family.

Integri-Spec Home Inspections did a fantastic inspection on my new home for my son and I! Knowing which room would be my son’s, he even took the time to show me with a flashlight exactly where I needed to put some electrical box covers.
